Ulsan Spring Studio 2025

In my Spring Urban Design and Planning Studio, we studied Ulsan, South Korea, examining how thoughtful urban interventions can balance the city's industrial identity with the needs of its residents. Our work focused on optimizing public spaces for recreation, children, and families, while strengthening connections between communities and the coastline. Through this lens, we explored strategies to integrate Ulsan's industrial landscape with principles of good urbanism.
